We begin looking at your goals, and base a specific training program on your experience, fitness level and needs. I use a holistic approach, factoring in the rest of your lifestyle and health conditions. My goal being you feel stronger and energised after each session.

Your Coach

Geno is a passionate runner with over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. Some of his memorable events include the Paihia 50k, Auckland Marathon, and The Goat. His current challenge is the Tarawera Ultra. When he isn't running or training others he is running after his four year old son.
